Our Cancellation Policy:  In case of requests for booking cancellations, Refunds shall not be provided against cancellation of any of our services. K9 Academy reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.

As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the booking appointment has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the appointment. We will not be able to cancel appointments that have already been processed.

K9 Academy has the full right to cancel an appointment. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by K9 Academy and accept K9 Academy decision regarding the cancellation.
